Monitored contact for Ate’s parent snack community.

Report something

Use Report inside the Ate app when you can. For urgent safety issues, email inspo@ateapp.dev with:

• What you saw (and why it concerns you)
• Approximate time you saw it
• Any public display name shown on the post

Do not include children’s full names, school names, or private photos in email.

What we moderate

• Inappropriate photos or text
• Harassment, bullying, or impersonation
• Spam, scams, or off-topic commercial posts
• Content that appears to involve a child in an unsafe way

Posts are checked automatically before publishing, and parents can report or block. A person on our team reviews open reports.

Response

We aim to review open reports within one business day. We may remove content, hide posts from reporters, or suspend community access when needed.
